How to order
We are able to take online/telephone orders from New Zealand. For International orders, rates will be calculated on an individual basis from e-mail enquiry.
All payment is via PayPal which is a secure site used by e-bay. Payment option also includes direct Banking.
Currency
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and include GST.
Delivery
Delivery will be by Couriers and New Zealand Post.
Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery.
Goods paid for via Direct Banking will be dispatched when the payment shows.
Returns & Refunds
If your resources are obviously damaged through transit, please do not sign for their receipt and contact us.
No refunds on purchases, however, goods damaged in transit will be replaced on our receipt of the damaged item. Baby Talk NZ will cover the cost of return postage for any damaged item.

Bookings for these workshop types:
- Private Workshops
- Public Workshops
- Centre Accreditation Workshops
- Organisation Workshops
Have the following cancellation fees:

| 2-7 days notice given | $5 | $50 |
| Less than 48 hours notice given | $10 | $100 |
| Refunded if new workshop booked within | 12 weeks | 4 weeks |
